Frequently asked questions about MSC Cruises

The MSC Yacht Club is the exclusive premium area onboard many MSC ships. It offers private suites, its own sun deck with pool, a private restaurant area, 24-hour butler service and complimentary premium drinks and wellness. It is like a luxury ship within a ship – bookable from around CHF 1,800 per week per person.

The MSC Voyagers Club is MSC's free loyalty program. After your first voyage you automatically earn points and progress through status tiers (Classic, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Benefits range from spa discounts and free Wi-Fi to exclusive cocktail events with the captain. We'll gladly enroll you during booking.

Yes – on most MSC itineraries up to two children under 17 travel free in their parents' cabin. Only port fees and service charges apply (around CHF 100–200 per child depending on length of trip). The offer is not available on all dates – we'll happily check in advance for your preferred trip.

Standard inclusions: accommodation in your chosen cabin category, full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner in main restaurants), access to pools, fitness, shows, kids clubs and port fees. Usually not included: drinks, specialty restaurants, shore excursions, spa and gratuities (about CHF 10–15 per day per person) – unless you book a drinks-inclusive package through us.

From Zurich, Geneva and Basel there are daily direct connections to all major MSC departure ports such as Genoa, Venice, Barcelona, Civitavecchia (Rome), Dubai, Miami and Cape Town. On request we arrange flights, pre-cruise hotels and transfers as one complete package.

The MSC fleet ranges from smaller ships like MSC Armonia (2,000 guests) up to the flagship MSC World Europa (6,700 guests). Larger ships offer more entertainment, restaurants and wellness – smaller ones a more intimate atmosphere and access to smaller ports. We will gladly advise which ship suits your preferences.

As a Swiss MSC direct partner we receive the same prices as MSC itself – and in many cases additional perks: onboard credit, cabin upgrades, drinks packages or early-bird promotions. Plus personal advice in your language, payment in CHF without conversion fees, and a direct contact for any changes. It won't be cheaper – but it will be better taken care of.
